What have I achieved?
Digitizing my brand and working remotely became a new beginning for me, which allowed me to combine my interests with travel. Over the last 2.5 years, I have had the pleasure of traveling and working in 18 different countries, each of which has brought something unique to my life and business.
I am currently studying psychology in business and management, which gives me an even better understanding of how to effectively create and sell digital products. Thanks to my experience in online sales, we will help you effectively develop your business.

My beginnings in the SPA industry
In 2015, I completed a massage school and many courses, expanding my knowledge in this field. A year later, in 2016, I started working part-time at the luxurious DAY SPA in my hometown of Olsztyn.
Not only did I continue my studies in various fields, but also, if possible, I worked occasionally in SPA hotels.
In 2016, I fulfilled my dream and bought my first massage table. It was a unique moment that confirmed my belief that the world of SPA and massage is my true calling and passion.
In 2017, I started my first permanent job in a renowned, beautiful 4-star hotel at the castle in Giżycko. At the same time, I am realizing my dream by studying Cosmetology & Medi SPA in Olsztyn. This is a field that has always fascinated me, so I was very happy when I got into this study. What's more, I'm starting to gain the first group of clients in my hometown in Olsztyn. Each person sees in me great passion and determination in pursuing my goal - opening my own, modest office. It was everything I dreamed of at that moment... International development – how did it start?
In 2018, huge changes took place in my life. I decided to move from Masuria to Gdańsk to look for better development opportunities in the SPA industry. I am active in social media to reach customers in Tricity. Thanks to my activeness and recognition in social media, I suddenly receive an unexpected job offer as a SPA therapist on a ship of a Scandinavian airline. Even though I know I have to drop out of college to take this job, I think it's worth it. The desire to travel won and I began a 2-year adventure of working in a SPA on a cruise ship.
In 2019, I worked with great commitment. I conquered the Tri-City market square and my calendar was full to the brim. At the same time, I worked as a masseuse on a ship and ran my own massage parlor in Gdańsk, slowly creating my own brand SPApower. I spent 7 days on the ship - and then another 7 days on land, which allowed me to perfectly adjust my schedule for clients. Working on a ship also gave me valuable international experience, because I communicated in English with people of different nationalities. This experience turned out to be very valuable in the future and in the near future...
The pandemic changed everything...
In 2020, during the pandemic, I went through a difficult time, I had a nervous breakdown and depression. I was forced to close my dream office, and work on the ship was also suspended due to the pandemic. In an instant, I lost everything I had worked so hard for. I was completely devastated and didn't know what to do next... I was so sad that I wanted to get away from it all, so I started looking for a job abroad. Another goal - finding a job abroad - in the middle of a pandemic... People told me I was crazy, that it wouldn't work... However, I was stubborn and decided to achieve my goal...
In July 2020, I finally managed to leave Poland for the Netherlands, where I found employment at a physiotherapy and Chinese medicine center in Rotterdam. It was an amazing experience - I participated in a 5-week Chinese massage course and many other various courses. Exchange massages with people from all over the world. Various conversations about working in a SPA, spirituality, working with emotions... Experience in an international environment and cooperation with people from various European countries, China, Taiwan, Japan, the USA, Canada developed me not only in terms of massage skills, but also spiritually. This experience had an incredible impact on my personal development. Soon the first projects related to my products appeared. Despite the uncertainty of recent times, I hesitated, but I felt that this was the next step in my development...
Working abroad and the beginning of my brand
In 2021, during the second lockdown, I ended my job in the Netherlands and moved to Brussels, Belgium. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a job in the SPA industry for several months due to lockdown restrictions. Language skills were also a barrier because the official language in Belgium is French, so I started learning the language online. Despite sending many applications and CVs, I came home empty-handed - "Your experience is impressive, but we will call you after the lockdown," I heard. This condition lasted for almost 6 months... After a long wait, I got a call - I was offered a job in a 5-star hotel with SPA thermal baths, one of the best in the northern part of Belgium, on great conditions! I served clients in two foreign languages - English and French. In the meantime, I opened an online store. I worked at the SPA for 10-12 hours, and after returning home, I was involved in the development of the store and promoting the brand on social media until late at night. I put everything into it, putting all my heart, time and all the money I could, even though the last two years were full of difficulties. I strongly believed in the success of my project, focusing on high quality products and customer service. At that time, the SPApower Academy was also established, where I offered consultations for masseurs. I also wrote my first and best-selling e-book "59 ideas for posts about massage" - which turned out to be a real hit. My company is slowly developing, investments in brand development are slowly paying off and everything is heading in the right direction...
One way ticket to Cyprus...
In 2022, I made the brave decision to leave my good full-time job in Belgium and focus solely on my SPApower brand. I moved independently from rainy Belgium to sunny Cyprus, where I continued working remotely on my brand. During this time, I created as many as 10 e-books for masseurs, regarding social media, building a personal brand, as well as guides for young masseurs, ideas and strategies for acquiring clients. For the first time, I realized that I could travel the world by creating my own brand on social media. My brand brought me more and more income, and my story became an inspiration for my community. Loyal customers kept coming back to my store, asking for more products. I set off on a journey around Europe in search of new inspirations and answers to what I want to create next at SPApower. I came to Poland for a business trip, visiting my clients and contractors. Then I spent a month in Norway, where I rested, looked for new ideas, but also worked remotely. It wasn't a moment of breakdown, but rather a time of reflection on what to do next. I then visited my parents in Berlin, where I attended my first international e-commerce and online sales fair in Berlin (see photo above). I stayed in Germany for some time, sharing my successes with my family and enjoying the time spent together. Peace at last. That's when I truly realized that after the hard times, the good times had finally come...right? It's time to move on, so in June 2023 I'm packing my bags and flying back to Cyprus, where I'm starting a completely new stage...
What did you manage to create in 2023?
In 2023, I decided to develop my own online course for massage therapists. This course is intended to help them promote their massage parlors and attract more customers. I put a lot of my knowledge and experience into it, which allowed me to create my own brand on the Internet. I am extremely happy that the course turned out to be a real hit and enjoyed great interest among Polish masseurs and masseurs from all over Europe!
In 2023, the next important step was to start a completely new project of my SPApower Academy. I have also established international cooperation with renowned SPA hotels. Our cooperation began in Cyprus and Gran Canaria, but we are constantly developing it in other European Union countries. Our goal is to help masseurs gain valuable experience abroad, which will allow them to develop their skills and broaden their horizons.
I know perfectly well how difficult it is to build an international career in the SPA and massage industry, which is why I decided to share my experience and help others achieve success!
I think this is my personal mission and calling in life. Through the SPApower Academy, I strive to ensure a better future for all masseurs, SPA therapists, physiotherapists and other SPA professionals. I open doors for others that I once had to go through myself and that no one opened for me... I had to open them myself ;)
I can't wait to see what else the development of my SPApower Academy has in store for me. I am full of energy and ready for new challenges that will allow me to further develop my brand and help other masseurs achieve success.

Successes and challenges – my achievements in July 2024
2024 is and will be a year full of challenges and new goals and achievements for me. Here's what I managed to accomplish by mid-2024.
1. RECRUITMENT SUPPORT IN CYPRUS!
🌟 TODAY WE ARE A YEAR OLD! 🌟 Exactly one year has passed since I started recruiting in Cyprus as HR director! 🌴 🇨🇾 During this time, I achieved my goals, which not only had a positive impact on the development of my career, but above all on the professional and private lives of many people. 🏆 Over 20 employees from all over Europe: including Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Cyprus, UK, Spain, whom I recruited, are now enjoying the sun and realizing their professional dreams in Cyprus! ☀️🌺 I helped open two new hotel branches in the SPA, employing qualified staff there! 💼💆♀️ I rejected hundreds of recruitment applications, gaining extensive experience in candidate selection! 🚫📄 I met hundreds of masseurs, motivated them to learn English and deepened my interpersonal and psychological skills! 💬📚
I plan to visit everyone in Cyprus soon to share my experience and provide support in further professional development! It will be an amazing business trip, full of passion and creating wonderful memories! 🌍🌴 I am full of energy and ready for new challenges! 💪

3. FIRST PUBLIC SPEECH! I LEAD A LECTURE FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS!
I can share with you my joy from my first public appearance in front of masseurs during a lecture at the Cosinus Olsztyn school. It was a great pleasure for me to be able to talk about the opportunities and possibilities of developing work in SPAs abroad and on cruise ships, which took place on May 26 at the Cosinus school in Olsztyn. It was a particularly unique experience for me, because 10 years ago I also started my professional career as a masseuse in my hometown Olsztyn...
I am very keen to share my knowledge and experience with future specialists in the field of massage and cosmetology. If you run a training center, university or massage school, I will be happy to offer a lecture for students. My international experience in the field of massage and cosmetology will allow me to provide valuable information, inspiration and guidance that will help students better understand and develop in this field. The meetings will cover various topics, as well as aspects of running your own business in the SPA industry in Poland and abroad. I will also answer difficult questions that may arise during the education and professional practice of young masseurs.

6. I'M BACK TO STUDY!
In my Academy, I offer a lot of development for others. Work sometimes consumes me so much that I often have no time for myself and to develop my passions. In my professional life I have always worked a lot, then I traveled around the world for 2 years, but now it's time for a new stage. I always dreamed of going back to studies, but my intense professional life and travels were not conducive and did not create circumstances in which I could undertake these studies. So I decided to change it this year. In October, I start studying PSYCHOLOGY IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT. This is the direction of my further development, which I have been passionate about for years. Personally, I am extremely happy with this decision, which will of course have a huge impact on my business and the entire Academy over time. Yes, you can go to college at the age of 30, why not ;) Keep your fingers crossed! :)
7. SELLING PARTS OF MY BRAND - SOY CANDLES
Because I ultimately chose education as the direction of my further development, in which I also feel best, I made the difficult decision to sell part of my brand.
The brand offers high-quality candles handmade from natural ingredients, which are perfect for relaxing evenings, aromatherapy or as an elegant addition to interiors such as SPA salons.

8. MY PERSONAL BRAND
It cannot be denied that during the creation of the Academy, my personal brand as Klaudia Romanowska was established. Therefore, we have created the website www.klaudiaromanowska.com , which we are constantly working on.
